Established in 2017, 1UP Lawn Care began its mission in providing various lawn and landscape services to meet the specific needs of the Coastal Carolinas' turf, shrub and tree varieties. We are proud to provide services and maintenance programs that are ever changing based on each landscape's unique needs and seasonal changes.
Programs and services tailored to fit your unique needs and budget. Our region's climate supports five different warm season turfs: bermuda, bahia, centipede, st. augustine, and zoysia. With each turf comes different requirements and practices to establish and maintain a full and healthy lawn. At 1UP Lawn Care, we will provide a full lawn & landscape analysis to help your understanding of your landscape.
Insight to any current and potential problems including weed control, pest management, disease control, and fertilization will be addressed in both the initial lawn analysis as well as each service through the year.
Our philosophy is that each landscape is unique and requires an approach inline with "integrated pest management"; meaning a variety of solutions should be considered and if a problem is not present the use of pesticides should be minimized until needed to prevent overuse and pesticide resistance.
Family owned and operated. Since its inception, 1UP Lawn Care is owned and operated by husband and wife team: Sam and Nicole. Sam brings his knowledge as a certified and licensed pesticide applicator with over 10 years experience in various landscape service roles. Nicole brings a unique skill set of pest management knowledge, office skills, and customer service. Together we have built an ever expanding knowledge base of the Coastal Carolinas' various needs and potential threats through service records, technician notes, and our own customers' valued information.
